UBC STAVANGER, a 31.000 DWT Box Shaped Type Bulk Carrier with Hull No. SH-1131, has been successfully launched on the 2nd of August 2004, by Saiki Heavy Industries in Japan. Mrs. Lisbeth Kielland had the honour to christen the vessel during a successful launching and christening ceremony. The vessel is due for delivery by the shipyard in October 2004.
