The 32,000 mt Lake/Bulk Carrier, MV FEDERAL SAKURA, Hull Number S-5285, was successfully delivered today, 27th of January 2005, by Shin Kurushima Dockyard, Onishi, Japan to her owners Tateyama Naviera S.A.

The vessel will be trading worldwide on timecharter to Fednav, with main focus on the Great Lakes.

Captain Kusmierczyk and Chief Engineer Nepomuceno had the honour to take the ship out of the shipyard.
